After over two decades of user interviews, this tech agency knew what people wanted in their digital experience, and more specifically, they knew how generational preferences impact experience and results. This campaign draws on all of that knowledge.

The cornerstone of the campaign is an in-depth white paper informed by user data from more than 3,000 user interviews. The campaign included organic and paid social media, content syndication, and a direct email series.
